New version 3.0 on Repka 1 server.

* New objectives and targets (military factory, general, enemy troops)
* Random mission objectives. Several variations of column and Radio Station missions
* New localization
* Brifings into mission menu. Statistic, time to end mission, points and objectives price also into menu
