I suggest you post about this on dms http://digitalmindsoft.eu/forums/for...php?99-English forums(developer) as well just to cover your basis.
SO retail patch manual dont work on goty version you saying... if you use steam or can use it then you can also reguster your gamespy cd key with steam and steam would then update game for u but thats not option if you dont wanna use steam, in that case 1c may have to look into the manual file patch.
