Pci ssd ?

My rig is 10 year old, very passé.

I am planning to build a new one, the spec will be something like that:

Case Obsidian 800D or Rosswill Black Hawk
Motherboard ASRock extreme 6 (X79, 2011)
I7 3930
SSD Samsung 830
32 Gig Vengence 1600 And using a ramdisc
Window 7 64 bits

A friend of mine is experiencing with ramdisc, he have problems often.
He might be with a 32 bits OS !!! I am not sure. Maybe 64 bit work better with ram disc.

Sooo, instead of using a ramdisc I was wondering, maybe if I use a Pci SSD.

But again, my budget is not illimited and there is so many choices.
