A whole generation of pilots learned to treasure the Spitfire for its delightful response to aerobatic manoeuvres and its handiness as a dogfighter. Iit is odd that they had continued to esteem these qualities over those of other fighters in spite of the fact that they were of only secondary importance tactically.Thus it is doubly ironic that the Spitfire’s reputation would habitually be established by reference to archaic, non-tactical criteria.

Theres a reason for instrumenting a plane for test..
That being a pilots's 'perception' of what is going on can be very different from what is 'actually' going on.

AWESOME game..and guess what, it works! Outstanding graphics, tank play, and the german/soviet uniforms are for once done RIGHT!.....Just fantastic! This is heads and shoulders above the Arme2 Invasion 44 mod..very polished if you ask me! Over three hours of multiplay and not a single hickup

I dont see any spot camo for the germans? and I would like to see Jagdpanzer V and the Panzerjaeger lV/70 added

Lack of spotted camo and an incomplete set of AFVs ruined the game for me too (wot? No Tiger!!). That aside I can't seem to get on line with it at the moment, but the off line stuff's fokkin' amazing. And I can't believe how well it runs on my old crate, it's quite simply awesome.
