help for those whose problems haven't been answered
for those of you who have had a problem that wasn't answered in posts, this will probly fix it.
click Start and then right click "my computer" and click properties click on the advanced tab click "setting" under performance click the "data execution prevention" tab add the "engine.exe" in the XIII century folder click ok restart your computer this solved my problem instantly, good luck
