Small visible fps improvement. Game was running fine before patch already. Lot of ctd wich I did not have before.
Trees are still glittering like x-mas trees. I think we really need new trees, may be they can use the ones from battle for Moscow. Engine are pre-heated so that you can take off with other ai, strange is that engine turns off because fuel cock is closed. Rather warming up engine together with ai. I saw different ai behaviour, no more silly formation flying while player is fighting. Ai do not crash any more they make landing at homebase. Contact with home base is working, way to homebase is working. Happy about this.

Lots of new messiness in the FMB now.
When you're looking at the object browser for example.. 1. When you open a drop-down menu, you can see through the menu and see all of the text that is behind it now. 2. The objects only appear in the view 3d box when you're zoomed out of the map to a certain extent. When you're zoomed in to the map too close, the 3d image is gone. 3. The object in that window I mention above is zoomed in so close that only 3/4 of the vehicle is seen in the window. And when I fly a mission, this is what happens.. 4. A CTD with a Launcher.exe failure window popping up roughly 2-5min into a single player mission. Over and over and over and over and over and over and over. 5. And over and over and over and over and over and over and over.... |

Oh Dear!
DUe to the increased performance give by the patch, I bumped up my textures to original and landscape to high and ad a game on ATAG last night and after about 20 minutes I experienced my first Launcher crash in COD ever. ![]() Have put them back to High and Medium and will try again. I guess Life isn't ment to be easy! ![]() |

Bugs from latest patch.
1. 109 seems to have a lot of nose bounce, rudder very sensitive. 2. 109 tracers disappear 3. 109 engine noise seems low even when rpm's are above 2500 4. First day of the patch everything was fine. Today alot CTD's and major stutters. The server I fly on has custom skins enabled, that might be some of the problem. 5. Please put the Hurricane FM back to pre-patch, It takes the fun out of the game with red having only one competative fighter. 6. Throttle in spits is messed up. 7. Gauges in 109 blurry. 8. 109 is no longer trimed for 400km level flight. |

After a couple of hours testing:
Offline-more fluid gameplay, with higher details in grafic, but I`m not sure if this is coming from the disabled clouds and...at least it`s not signifikant rise of fps. Had no ctds, but pre-patch aswell. Couple of bugs in the terrain (spuares) Pedals still not working, but i wasn`t looking after that, that much. Online was fluid aswell, but with loads of lags, to much for being playable. I`ll concentrate on bombing...btw, can somebody confirm, that they changed the scales in the bombers from german metric-system to the british (on the bombing adjustments!) A friend told me so today! |

The new BETA sound of the DB601 is unrealistic and sounds poor. What I mean is the doppler effect of the engine droning. It was good last patch. It sounds like a dronning sound of radial engines off a bomber, not fighters/ fighter bombers. I ask please fix or return to last patch engine sounds. You had it right last round.

Trees, Clouds, Shadows, Grass, SSAO, AA, Epilepsy - OFF
Cache cleared, No AA. Single Player seemed better but LE crashed exiting mission. 16 consecutive attempts in MP all ended with Freeze and CTD within exactly 5 minutes of TO (in each case with FPS at 60). Rarely had a LE crash in MP prior to this patch. Each attempt was followed by a change in settings (game Video and Nvidea CP settings). Changed Textures from Med to High and managed 15 minutes in MP, yippee I thought, but some one took got the last objective in the mission and server restart......damn! Giving up and will try SP and MP again tomorrow. Some people are having many problems whilst others are having fewer with similar systems which I find odd! Best of luck to the devs in ironing out these bugs - I remain ever hopeful and will send my crash files as requested.
