For me there is nothing better then before! Sometimes my FPS is lower then with the old patch! Stutters still there, the microfreezes too. Sound outside is terrible i think. Spits sounds like mowing machines. My settings are always on max. i have never changed it. For me the patch is a step back!
 PS: Only thing that´s better, shadows do not flickering anymore!
