Bad. Ran the Black Death track before and after patch. I emptied the cache. The fps is worst, the game has a lot more of stutter, with settings maxed out. Here are the figures:
Before : avg/max/min 28/61/3 After : 24/44/1 (not fluid at all) Settings maxed out:  But maybe the Death Track isn't good because it has clouds and grass ... ???
