I think new comers should avoid this title until it's fixed, otherwise they will have such a bad taste in their mouth they might swear off sims forever. The crystal ball and tea leaf reading crowd can only make theories about how great this game might be, but can't acknowledge that some critical questions should be answered. At least Tree tried to get these questions answered and was always on the side of the gamer. Ace and David are just self proclaimed developer advocates, and don't care how much the gamer gets the shaft.

Let's clear up who this game might suit. If your one of those wacky individuals that thinks that your game should work after 7 years of development and a year after purchase, then your best bet is to pass on this one for now. If you decide to purchase this alpha, then you must swear an oath to spend all of your time here at the forums (since you can't play anyway) seeking out those posts that speak the truth about the sim and start a flame war.(ie: Ace, David etc.).
