Stublerone I don't know why you are switching to sight view when you have track IR?
Why don't you just lean in and look through the sight. Its the most natural thing in the world compared to hitting shift F1. I just saw you disabled z axis of track IR and your hitting shift f1.... I can't imagine how you find it easier to hit shift f1 instead of just moving your head. I hope your not in a wheel chair or have medical reasons why you can't move.
