I have G500 and it works great with IL2, like every other mouse thus far.
My settings are: MOUSE:
IL2:

Figured it out! Acceleration was set to 1 and Angle Snapping was off. I suspect it was the Acceleration thing as that was the problem in IL-2. I barely notice it in Windows either way but it makes a huge difference in IL-2.

I take it back.. haven't figured it out.
What it's doing is Angle Snapping where it tries to operate the mouse cursor in straight lines. Horizontal or diagonal. The maddening thing is that I have a standard profile and a IL-2 custom profile and no matter what it will Angle Snap even if the feature is turned off in the Logitech mouse profiler.

Alright... so I had to do two things and I'm still not sure if it will come back.
First I disabled "mouse precision" in the Windows control panel. Then I disabled "Use OS native drivers for pointer speed and acceleration" in the Logitech control panel. It seems like these two both need to be done before IL-2 stops using the angle snapping feature... it's very weird because angle snapping happens nowhere else. Not in Photoshop, Battlefield 3, StarCraft II or anything... it's weird.
