Show some respect man. I understand those foruns can be difficult at times, but you can (and SHOULD!) be much better than this.

Funny, I didnt see him reference you, not sure why you would think he is talking about you, I didnt think he was talking to me....

He was talking to all of us. Which makes 1C look even worse.

I think he was talking to the people that make a whine fest out of these threads... not sure how that makes 1C look bad when he speaks the truth... I would hate to be a mod here...

There is a point when it's necessary to accept the problem, and swallow the bitter pill. Right now there is more whining than constructive criticism. Unsurprisingly, the whiners tend to see this differently.

The Silent Hunter series weren't exactly polished games when they came out, and the support was minimal, but the difference was that the community was more supportive. The members acknowledged and accepted the problems after an initial period of discontent, and they improved the games to the near masterpieces they are now.

I am not getting such an impression from this community for whatever reason. 1C and especially Luthier's development team are not Microsoft. They made mistakes, and they've acknowledged that. Things will take time to fix. The next step is to wait without getting too hot-headed.

I am sure when the patch is working, SDK is out and there is a good documentation of the mission builder then the whiners will fade out. Currently 1C & the whiners deserve each other imhho.
