For the vast majority it's more playable than at release.
There's a bad bug, tho, introduced last patch, that crashes the online game for almost everyone. There are way to delay the crash and it usually works ok in fighters, but is a lot more freqvent in bombers, specially if we try to fly formations. Offline the game was always solid for me, except when I was fooling around with the weather in full mission builder.
