If you like ww2 cfs genre it a no brainer!

You like the ww2 cfs genre allready so the price is not even a factor just get it! Steam updates for you! no more patch dance. You will be fine on those specs but the GPU upgrade would be nice, just dont upgrade one tier up as you wont see much difference. Theres so much to learn as far as the operating limits and start up procedure, setting up buttons etc... By the time the patch comes out you might want to be at least a little acclimated to the sim allready. Most importantly if you can join us on coms at the ATAG server we can help, what good is a ww2 cfs with out a wingman? See ya in the air!
