I think that memory leak is related to old(current) graphics engine. It will not be presented in the new engine, at least will not be the same.
Even there is memory leaks in the new graphics engine, it will be easier to catch them, as the engine is better coded.

All this is very nice but wat is the point and has this something todo with COD? With the next game 1941 yes but with COD no thus no update for COD?
