If me...close Steam/un-install game/un-install Steam/delete Softclub/shutdown...then re-install. You see I have no missions to worry about, so no big deal for me to loose.

Ok IT WORKS NOW! THANKS! for all people that have this problem , do this
Uninstall game whit steam,Uninstal steam,Delete 1C Folder in my Documents and manually delete steam folders and all of the same, Use CCcleaner to Delete all caches and garbage from your comuter (it helps whit rendiment of all to) and, use the repair tool in the cccleaner to see errors for DLLS, my cclenare show me a bunch of errors for the Framework4, and use the tool reapir those errros, let see Uninstall game whit steam,Uninstal steam,Delete 1C Folder in my Documents and manually delete steam folders, Use cccleaner to Destroy all of things cachaes and somitng, and repair DLLS, (its automatic) reboot, and reinstall alll, THANKS TO ALL, MANU
