Meanwhile from Italy, the stylish nine wing Caproni 60, which actually did get airborne 4th march 1921, albeit not for very long ...

But hey, that P-51 is butt-ugly It is like a Danish story about a king who wore no clothes - something none dared to point out. Except one kid, who did not understood that it was not "proper" to point out xD

From some angles the p-51 even looks sleek, from other angle like a pregnant guppy.

The spitfire than is nice, in a ladylike way, not as a fighting machine, imo.
