I've never experienced a symptom like that, but then i've never been able to reach more than about 7km altitude.
Must be some attitude thrusters misfiring on e really, really late 109 model.  No, in ernest, i don't think it has anything to do with the addon, but why don't you ask directly? info@desastersoft.com , those guys are really helpful.
