install all non OS esential programs under
C:\*folder name of your choice* this will help eleviate the win 7 64 bit security issues i.e C:\IL2up30\il2sturmovik\ that way you can run user admin rights and by pass the win7x64bit issues. another example i.e C:\ HSFX\IL2Sturmovik\ i.e C:\CH fighter stick\ i.e C:\ubisoft\il2sturmovik\ ect. ect.
