I have the CH Quadrant which works really well. I use it for mixture, radiator, elevator and rudder trim (with 2 unused axis for now). I use the Warthog split throttle for throttle and prop pitch (I fly Spits and Hurries).

When I do start to fly bombers I'll be rethinking the levers for multi engine control.
