Oh snap! Didn't know that, I took for granted that it would install of the DVD primarily like my other steam activated games, oh well silly me.

You guys do realize that steam has a very nice backup function built in, right? Right click on your game -> Backup game files, choose your compression and it'll create a self installing .exe for you that you can backup to a dvd, multiple cds, NAS, you name it. You can even backup multiple games into the same .exe if you feel like it. Just a thought.

I think the same, for that reason and because I have not a high end pc, never buy the game before.

You know to do the registry and all that goes with it.
Like 1946 CloD dont write files in registry, you can copy the install folder to another
partition or PC and execute then without problem.

In end DVD is almost useless, since they come with obsolete install version and need to download big updates.

BTW - Getsgamego now list CLoD for 49,99$...

They drop the price, talking a sequel that you may or may not be required to pay for and that will supposedly have fixed all the problem with the original game. I don't care what you guys say about this game, it was sold screwed up and it's still screw up and they are already talking about a sequel before this version is fixed? A sequel is a continuation of a prior event or in this case game, it adds new content if you will, it's not a repair for the previous version. I for one won't pay for a sequel to this game until they make this game do what was promised in their advertising of this game. To think in April I paid nearly $60 USD for this game, billed as the best flight sim ever and 9mos later they are selling it for under $10 USD. I will not say we've been rip-off or we've been screwed, I'll say we've been XXXX. TC
