I'd personally ask myself what for.
Offline it's everyone's own can of beer whether to use modified FM/DM sets or not. Online if you're afraid to face players using edited FM/DM, just join crt=2 servers. You can be sure that there's no chance for them to join such kind of server. Cheats like the famous "radar" thing are much more of a concern there. Best regards - Mike
