what is kinda weird about that picture is you can see the holes for the prop blades on the spinner/hub clearly. so you should see the prop blade as well.....

Another observation....where exactly is that location with such said aircraft?!!
Answers on a postcard to me at the usual address!!!

Maybe they haven't done the prop animations for it yet. Seems other screenshots and videos have show spinning props.
