Hi Klem, I am having the same problem (using different sticks) with the elevator response.
Strangely enough, it only happens on Hurricane or it's not as bad on other planes. I believe there already has been a thread about that and it's some sort of a bug. I am using MSFF but I've tried different stick with same result.
