You must send the files asked to email I wrote, mailboxes receive email also when people is not online.
Anyway try to delete (or rename) the game directory in document&settings and relaunch the game, it will regenerate the directory, perhaps it will reconfigure for the new drivers.

hi again and new problem again
first thank u for your helping thank u very much but the problem is that when i did update from the file : update.exe the game didnt work when i enter the game and go to town it will exit it got me message say :0000 adress what should i do ???? is is from update or what?
