Futureshop in Canada has it on final clearance for $20. It is no longer available online so check your local store. I got the last copy today and it was marked down to $5.

Such low prices are such an insult to a great product and the developers. Many many years of hard core development, writing their own graphics and flight modelling engine and with high detail and realism modelled, with no competitors and all they get for their hard work is about $15. I payed Aus $100 and despite it's state, it was worth every dollar, cent and decimal.
 It's stupid when 1-2 year old games are still 2-3 times more expensive...
