Anti-aliasing issues with Sapphire 6850

Rivers and coastlines are replaced with normal grassy/ground textures and flickers if I turn AA on in the CCC. It's really weird, because I've tried different combinations of settings in the CCC and in the conf.ini, I know this stuff because I've played IL-2 for years. I also tried older drivers and re-installing IL-2 but nothing seems to help. I've played Il-2 with this graphics card before without theses issues, maybe I should try even older drivers. Any suggestions? Everything is fine with AA disabled but oh so jaggy.

P.S I use the latest drivers from AMD

The issue is , afaik, still not resolved. The file does do the trick as far as getting the water back....
