if you're in a spit keep your nose pointed at the enemy (if you have the +/-
same energy that is)...

Hamerhead, or military wingover. ITs not the safest maneuver cuz you get vulnerable, but its the msot beutifull.

you have a enemy on your six, you slowly climb, then you turn slowly till you are out of hsi firing range, you pull 90º up and wait... wait ... wait, then your plane starts too loose speed, and when you are at 100 kmh or so, you kick rudder to one side aileroon to the other, and the plane does an 180º turn in the sky, and when you are facing earth, and if you did all correctly, you have your enemy there, spinning, stalling or just waiting literelly stopped in the air for you to chew him.

Last time i did this was at a SEOW campaign, in a E7 agaisnt a spit mkV. I had far superior energy, and the enemy spit was low on the deck. me and a friendly 109F4 were hititng him, when he suddently tried to follow me up on one of my climbs, i pulled the hammerhead on him, my Leader on the 109f4, shoot him whilt we has climbing on my six, and i ripped him off on the way down.
