Hi, I could be wrong but I think you can only supply your own men, however you can park a supply truck near your allies so they can supply their own men, I don't think you can directly trade with them as you would get people stealing things from each others inventories etc.

Again, I could be wrong on this, but if I am right there are plenty of ways around it
