BMS "mod" is a standalone install.

You only need the original Falcon4.exe in order to prove that you purchased a copy and paid them for the IP. It just checks the CD for the file and then installs.

Are you sure? They're very specific in stating that F4:AF will not work with the mod. I hope you're right though.

Regarding the Falcon.exe file can somebody help me? It is important because I have the Falcon 4.0 original (that heavy binder with the manual and dosens of CD patches) but, it is not installed on my PC any more.

Do I need to install the oriinal Falcon 4.0 on the PC first and then BMS4.32 or do I just need to place the original Falcon.exe file somewhere and start with the BMS 4.32 installation?

That's it. The installer just wants to check falcon4.exe. Doesn't matter where it is located.

Yes that's what I mean - Falcon4.exe from Falcon 4 - NOT allied force

you do not need to install the whole Falcon 4.0 game
just insert it and run BMS 4.32

JUST BE SURE--CAUTION NEEDED
if you wan't to unistall BMS
run again the exe
fail to do that its going to leave some registry which is not going to allow you to install it again

it is very close to RL
differences with the 50\52 is some limitations[except the weapons and avionics]
and of course the difference with performance on the engines
