Using no head tracking of any kind I ran into this issue :
The cockpit view intermittently goes to the seat and return back to the front. Then had a crash and report, here is the crash report and conf.ini : Code:

-deleted all files in cache folder -deleted all files from "shaders" folder -all settings to medium,1920x1200 -no AA,SSAO nor Vsync I guess i am now in the last official patch. Flew quick mission over Kent, in one Hurri: FPS 33 avarage Patched to 15866, installed Hotfix Flew same mission with same settings: FPS 18 avarage ! ! ! ! ! i7 quadcore 965 @ 3.20 Ghz Nvidia GTX 295 6 gig DDR3 RAM Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit Becoming afraid my FPS will go under 10 with next patch |

Also, try the mission, shut the game down, then try again. The cache folders are empty, but they fill up again with the cache files once you start playing again. Cache files are good things, you just need the right ones. I would leave the most recent patch on for a while. Continue testing. If nothing else, you may get some good info to report to the devs.

OK, love the new patch (+ patchpatch), cockpit is high contrast by I like it, love the terrain colors and the new Spit sound too.
There are 5 or 6 naysayers on this forum that need to have their head examined, hooting and hollering for a new patch and when it comes, hooting and hollering some more. Like a constant sucker punch. And no positive feedback ever, just the negative and almost always laid on too thick. But everybody else is pretty cool...even if they criticize. The problem is not reporting bugs or adjustments, its HOW you report the bugs. The explosion bug: with the patchpatch instead of crashing on the explosion, the sound cuts. Memory management issues I believe. On its first year DCS A10C is a solid sim now. On its first year, COD will be awesome.
