Is it easier to land with cockpit on?

Never flew without a cockpit and wouldn't want to. I usually land a couple of increments back from Gunsight view and I usually land (fighters) by side-slipping to check past the nose if necessary. It's a flight sim after all.

Pit-off is very disorienting to me whether flying, landing, or crashing.

In short: Pit - off = Arcade = why bother with Landing
Pit - on = Flight - Sim = as it should be
