Is this a new train...planned for release in the next patch? What type is it?

The type is called Thomas the Tank engine also it coud be Percy the small engine.

I was expecting the German one they showed in the pre-patch vid a couple of weeks ago, but its not there yet, I'm sure the GWR tank engine yoiu show ther is in UK trains object list.
