It's called Collusion, the poker sites are extremely aware of it and you'll be busted within hours, hands down.
The betting patterns are so obvious to pick up on that if the player you're playing against has any suspiscion of it he'll just report you, and the site officials will check the IP's or whatever and then you're banned. If you can play a profitable game just do it, it's a lot more fun and rewarding.
