i was just in ATAG server threw hyperlobby and there were many other pilots in there that did not join threw hyperlobby. so it is NOT forcing anyone to use it in anyway.(just wanted you to know that) the lobby is a great place to meet and talk and recruit.I know 1st hand that one of the great advantages of using hyperlobby is getting tech help with the game.you cannot really help anyone while they are in a server flying unless you are on comms. Hyperlobby is very easy to use and much easier to keep track and know what servers your friends are in than using just steam.It has proven to be the place to be for flight sims.Also when recruiting it helps because speaking for myself i would not go into another squads server to recruit anyone. but you can in the lobby. Steam really does not have a lobby. Hyperlobby has been a gathering place for hardcore flight simmers for 10 yrs and with the devotion that this community has to given to flight sims it is the place to be. Try it You'll like it
