But the Ubi logo is actually only 8,28 MB and i downloaded something between 20 and 30 MB so there has to be something else.

Other than the ubi logo coming back I just had a few runs and can't see any obvious difference online or off, other than ffb seems to take longer to kick in!

I disabled the logo again though.

Very strange.

Maybe VAC-related?
As the SDK is announced.

Same here, UBI logo and files written to the 'parts' folder - SFS file and others have todays date and time of update!

Default 3 Files updated

These are the updated files:
parts\core\files.sfs
parts\bob\files.sfs
launchergdf.dll

Now the question is, what changed?

a Steam platform update and some file updates for the COD itself... possibly for Hyperlobby and VAC, but, the sim does seem to be a bit smoother, at least over buildings

I don't care what's changed I just know I have a good increase in fps and smoothness. Probably getting 30 to 40 percent increase over land and buildings after deleting recomended files and revalidating.
