I can only do what I have been taught, and playing this game I have learned to play with honor. Playing any other way would be a dishonor to you and the others. I just might change my user name to Eddie The Eagle. ( my hero )LOL

Hi all,

It's been a long time, but I'm happy to say there were some excellent Club Rules games going on last night with Mage and Chowbird.

Since there are so many flyers who get used to flying in cockpit and without HUD these days, I'd like to invite you to take a step further and try as well to fly with all controls in full sensitivity. If you're using the Dualshock and Aviator mode, I recommend you to make a custom layout for the controller which will enable you to have better elevator control. Plenty of information on the 'How to' on this thread.

Also, you can always contact me in case you have troubles with it.

Check six,

MAC

Hi U2,

Well there is no difference in the elevator and aileron sensitivity settings which are in the options menu - they are both at 100% in Club Rules. However the ready made profiles all have a problem which is best observed from cockpit view: when you pull back on the elevator there is a sudden snap near the end travel which will violently take you into the stall, while Custom allows you to set the stick to be smoothly and evenly controlled all the way.

However I must point out that, due to some bugs, it is not possible to replicate the standard layout in custom settings, but aviator layout can be done nicely.

Happy flying!

MAC

Will work on the layout and setting. About having bugs that just part of the nature of the digital/online gaming. playing field is the same and about analog thats what I us when playing guitar. Mesa Boogie amp(all tube)Analog pedals from Demeter and Electric Harmonics and American Fender thats a true purest stay away from digital equipment. But I digress. It was fun flying with KAV and THEMIESTOR <not so much. However I did get a lucky kill and it was MIESTOR. (damm he is good) but then damm, your all good!
