plane keeps rolling left?

Hi. Try dialling in some left rudder trim to correct the tendency to roll right. Aileron trim adjustable in flight wasn't present in many of the aircraft of this era.

I don't think the 109 has rudder trim either, but may have aileron trim, I don't usually fly them.

You can reduce the sensitivity of the axes controls in the controls menu which may reduce the tendency to twitch around so much.

Gunnery is more difficult in Cliffs than any other sim I've owned, but probably more realistic for this.
