Clod installs to the Steam folder under the programsx86 folder.It also puts some in the c:/users/username/My documents/1c Softclub folder.
There is some info in the Steam FAQs on how to move files from the C drive. I also believe there is a setting in Steam where you can tell it what drive to install the game.
