I don't know what else to assume as my game performance has just been transformed. I checked out my video/quality settings. Nothing has changed as far as I can tell. I'm running high land shading, etc. Same as before.

Yes, I love the performance increase as well. But were you able to get rid of the flashing textures? And if so, could you tell us how ?
