Didnt get a CD key when i Purchased the game

ye i did and they said there is nothing they can do becasue they would of have to open up another game stupid shop really wanna play online

You would not get a free CD key here, i believed you got a fake copy it would be the only reason that they wouldn't give you your money back.

If you believed your copy is a original i would suggest filing a complaint with the police on the shop that you got your copy from as there is Consumer protection laws in many part of the world specially in the EU zone.

I'm in Thailand and my retail store have a 30 day refund policy and i don't even have to give a reason if i want my money back.

If he got a original he will have to show a receipt to 1c to insure that it new and original as well as it being bought from a legitimate retail store. here is a example,

you can even see the retell store refund policy on the receipt.
