Sennheiser make some really great headphones. Make sure you have a good soundcare in your machine though, that is as important.

I have Sennheiser HD485. They are awesome! Fits just perfectly my Xonar D2. So i'm prepared to hear good sound here at cloD aslo

Yup I'll agree to that. I current use a Sennheiser PC 350 headset and could not be happier with it. Its comfortable and has a great mic on it. That said you get what you pay for, it normally cost 3-times as much as your average headset but I was lucky to get one on sale.

The main requirement for a good headset is to make sure you have a headphone amplifier. I use an Auzentech X-Fi Forte that has one built-in, which allows my headset to perform at its full range and power rating. Without a headphone amplifier your headphones / headset will not sound as good.
