I did get it from JustFlight. I can play it on this laptop at 15fps with everything on minimum, although the GPU isn't supported and you can only run DX9.
Maybe it's not enough for very competitive dogfighting, but it's good enough for bombing those german barges  In case you don't know, Gamersgate is download only AFAIK. No boxed version from there.
