I hope this will answer your question:
"Left Alt" and "Left Ctrl"! Alt: you only need to press it once and it will show the order in which units will take their turns and bars of their current health. Press it again and it will turn off. Ctrl: Does the same, but only while you hold it. Hope this helps.  EDIT: And I don't think they changed anything about this feature in any game. Same for AP/CW as it was for TL(The Legend).
