Fraps?

Refuses to capture for me aswell, but not just since this patch. Installed Fraps while running the previous official patch and it just wouldn't work in CLOD (pseudo or true fullscreen tested) but does in other 3d apps.
Same with the inbuilt screenshot function, just doesn't capture anything and pressing shift-prtscr just produces a black screen when pasted into paint.

No idea what's causing it but it's only a minor annoyance to me so not bothered either.
