Yes, I know these stutters or more mini freezes too.
But it almost seems this comes as a server problem. Just a few minutes ago we tried to fly on our server and after some time these minifreezes came up and got worse by the time up to the point where we restarted the server. After the server restart the game ran smoothly again.. ok, an unhandled exception killed my game then ... but ... beta ... (edit: server and clients ran with the beta 14762)
