Now this sounded like a proper blast! Pity it was late, I cant manage much after 22:00gtm (even though I'm British :p - the mother gets annoyed).

If there is a repeat at a more feasible time, then I'd be happy to join you!

Anytime fella. We set it at that time to get our cross-channel and colonial (sorry couldn't resist) friends in on it. It's a balancing act sadly, earlier would certainly mean they guys stateside having to change afternoon plans which on a Saturday is difficult. That said if we can get a group together earlier, all who understand the game then there's no reason why not.
Was a real nice game on Saturday, think we played for over an hour in total!
KG200 were even cheeky enough to fly directly above templehoff albeit at 25,000ft and dropped a couple of bombs in the vain hope there would be aircraft there or even doing touch n go's!!!
Accomplished the object on the first run thanks to hicks and kavs diversion tactics and then had a bit of a furball battle between the respawn points.....all I was trying to do was get some pics of pottsdam but I may as well as had a huge neon sign saying attack me. Did manage to reach pottsdam via a low level 50ft river run (incl bridges) which has given me an idea for another I need to develop. Anytime your about your always welcome.

Reflected thought's......High & Low's..........KG200 Game

Game start.......Get the "GO" message from Gilly..........

Honour at stake here......fly off and patrol the North-South line from Templehof.....keep a vigil me thinks....get a lick on.....close the gap...time goes bye.....nothing....nothing.....then southern leg off to the west a pale of smoke rising into the air...!Blast it !!....how the F did they get past me.....!!!

right....FULL WEP......get over there.....nothing.....(this sound familiar !!)......so me thinks....maybe they got shot down and are coming back over the North-South line.....so FULL WEP....get over there.....

Clank Clank Clank Brrrrrrrr..........(engine stopped ! ).....my gosh...did not know that could happen.....MY GOD...look at the detailed scratches on the back of the blades through the windshield...COOL..............

Now I have a P51D glider..........No Hud...No Map....can I get back to Templehof....?......think its over there....?....Its real sureal....silence....
and the wind outside.....all the time listening to the Allied pilots chatting..
....how beautifull is this.....not gonna make it.....at least I am used to Bailing out.....Weeee

Respawn......Ah...see one ...deffo twin engine up there....climb like mercy.....
....turn on his tail...gettin closer....closer....closer....he has not seen me.....
press the trigger.....ratatatata!!!....ME262....yeah take that....Oh...Akula?....
he's Allied.....Ooooops.....quick dive away.... like he aint seen me......!!

Ah....smoke trail up there...lets have a closer look...Ah...Four engine's....that's
Gilly....!!!.....get closer....drop under then pull up.....Ratatatata!!!!...Full 20 second burst...banging away like a baseball bat on a barn door....not a sausage... Mr G returns the compliment.....BOOOM...!!

Tension followed by Terror....yup that summed it up....
