Glad you got it sorted chap.
Guess I have been lucky with mine I've never had to tweak anything but perhaps I am lucky enough to be sitting exactly the right distance away from the monitor/receiver it's set at.  As for the lean to gunsight I couldn't fly the 109 with out it. Half a gunsight is a struggle for me.  Cheers

Doc - the December 2010 issue of PC Pilot magazine, issue 71, has a good help article on TrackIR. You could get a back number from their site. Helped me a lot.
