Story Line Routes Question

By corporation storylines do you mean any of them (NESF, MSF, Triada) or do you mean a particular corporation (Inoco, USS)?

The corporation-storylines are just USS, Triada, InoCO and maybe the FTU ... NESF and MSF are like military-allainces ...

Do I have to get onto a corporate line before reaching the triada sector where the convoy was?

No I think this was the last mission before you have to go on a story-line ...
