Building look terrible and suddenly pop in

Hi guys,i am just wondering if you guys have the same problem as me,when flying over a town the buildings look like blocks and when i am just about to fly over them they suddenly pop in and render,anyone else have this problem,i have building detail on highest and building amount on low
